Raid invites are done by the Raid Leader who may also be assisted by class leaders and consul members. It is primarily YOUR responsibility to use the Incite Raid Management Website to sign up for raids. A member can register using one login (do not need to have an account for each character) and create all raiding mains and alts.

It is mandatory that every guild member sign up for every raid. You can sign up for a raid 3 ways:

1. Available - You have no doubt that you will be present for the raid.
2. Queued - You are fairly certain that you may not be able to attend, but there could be a chance that you might be online.
3. Canceled - You will not be online at the time of the raid.

Sign ups are the most important 'first' consideration of the invite process. Typically if you did not bother to sign up, we will not bother to invite you! There are exceptions that can occur and the situation is discussed by all involved, but these should be minimal and the players character and past sign up history are a factor in making a decision.

Signing up as 'Available' does not guarantee a raid spot. A 'Queued' member may receive an invite over someone that is 'Available' due to class needs, performance issues, etc.

Guild status (Member, Veteran, Initiate) no longer has a bearing on invites.

Beyond the sign up process, raid invites are based on a wide range of factors. The Raid Leader(s) have been chosen because of their ability to fairly invite guild members into a raid that will function to achieve raiding goals. These factors may include, but are not limited to raid make-up, consistent sign ups, attendance, performance, attitude, as well as others.

Incite members have historically been individuals that understand the difficulties and politics of raid invites. They look at the process maturely and respect the decisions of the leadership. Those that cannot deal with sitting out for raids and wish to complain constantly and seed dissent amongst other guild members, will probably not be good long term guild members.

If any issues arise involving invite procedures, please inform the consul of the problem and it will be dealt with.

Please Note:
The Incite Raid and Loot Rules will contain additional comments on raid sign ups, as well as infractions resulting in negative DKP.
